Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MLVision experience. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


🔁 Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the problem

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital content

Customized or personalized products (unless defective)


If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
