⏳ What If My Parcel Is Delayed?

Occasionally, customs, postal services, or holidays may cause delays beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@mlvison.com, and our team will respond within 1 business day to assist you.

 


📦 Will My Items Arrive Together?

We strive to ship complete orders together. However, in certain cases, your order may be split into multiple packages due to different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens. Please don’t worry if your items arrive at different times.


💰 About Tax & Duties

All shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply once your parcel arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to accept your parcel due to import duties or taxes, all return shipping costs and handling fees will be borne by you. Please note, as per customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or undervalue the amount of the order.
